Driving Licence Download Using Mobile Number

To download your driving license with your mobile number, follow these steps:

Parivhan Portal
  • Now, select your state and RTO. You will then be redirected to the Sarathi Parivahan portal.
  • Select “Driving Licence” then “Print Driving Licence”.

  • Choose “Mobile Number”, enter your mobile number and date of birth, then click “Submit”.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your mobile and click “Submit”. Your driving licence will then be displayed in PDF form, ready for download.

If you are unable to download your driving license using your mobile number, follow these steps:

  • Check Your Details:
    • Ensure that the mobile number you are using is the one registered with your driving licence.
  • Visit the RTO Office:
    • Go to the nearest Regional Transport Office (RTO) and explain the issue. They may be able to update your mobile number in their records or provide an alternative way to access your driving licence.
  • Use the DigiLocker Platform:
    • Register or log in to DigiLocker, a government platform for storing official documents. You may be able to link your Aadhaar number to access your driving licence.

  • Alternative Verification Methods:
    • Some portals might offer alternative verification methods, such as using your Aadhaar number, driving license number, or email address.
  • Reapply for a Duplicate License:
